Cancellation Policy

We develop and sell software & products that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. However, in case of any complaint, we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Below are our Return and Refund policy applicable to the products and services : .

i) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 90 days of placing an order.

ii) In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 90 days of receiving the services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. We ensure full satisfaction to the customers by amicably resolving the issue or making a full refund for the same.

iii) Refunds can be provided for services delivered in full such as installation service, Domain Names, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software, Web design services etc.

iv) We provide full refund , no questions asked if you are not happy with the service provided within the first 90 days of signup.

v) For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: (a)You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active. (b)The issue is out of scope for the particular plan (c)Re-occurance of an issue within 15 days it was last worked upon by our technician.

vi)All refunds would be directly credited to the credit card or bank account , the details of which are registered with us.

viii)All refunds may take upto 7 days for settlement and credit to credit card/bank account and we shall not be liable for any delays for the transactions/processing beyond its control.
